By using Beqamis services, you agree to all written terms and conditions without exception.
Services Provided

Beqamis provides personalized men's Gamis/Thobe tailoring services, including collar, pocket, button selection, and preview features (2D, 3D). All products are custom-made according to customer requests.
Order Policy

Every Beqamis order is considered valid after payment is received. Design changes are only allowed before the production stage begins.
Refund and Return Policy

Custom products cannot be returned or refunded at all. Customers are responsible for ensuring design details before checkout, as what is made according to your choice, the item cannot be canceled or returned under any circumstances.
Intellectual Property Rights

All site content and Beqamis designs displayed are the property of the relevant licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may be subject to legal proceedings for violators.
Limitation of Liability

Beqamis is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of services, such as color discrepancies caused by the customer's monitor display.
Privacy and Data

Customer personal data is used in accordance with Beqamis's Privacy Policy, including the use of analytical tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel.
Governing Law

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws in the jurisdiction where Beqamis operates.
Payment Acceptance

Beqamis accepts payments in Rupiah (IDR), Dollar (USD), and Saudi Arabian Riyal (SAR), however, when payment is made in a currency other than IDR, the price listed on the Beqamis website will be adjusted according to the prevailing exchange rate at that time.
